Donate Money

Rescuing dogs is never cheap. All animals leaving our care are vaccinated (if necessary), altered and have had health checks done to identify any issues. We provide palliative care for some dogs so that they can spend the last days, weeks and months of their lives comfortable and pain free. While our vets work very hard to give us the best discounts they can, all care costs money. We are grateful for any amount you can donate. West Coast Rottweiler Rescue is now a registered charity and are able to issue tax receipts for donations over $20.00

If you would like to donate online please use CanadaHelps. Or you can contact us for our mailing address

Donate Household Items

Once a year we have a HUGE garage sale. This is one of the ways we raise monies to care for the dogs. But we are always in need of dog beds, dishes, etc. And if you find that you have that pesky Canadian Tire money clogging up your junk drawers or your car, we would love to take it off your hands.

In Memory of

Some animals change our lives immensely. And this is the page to honor them.
When you donate to West Coast Rottweiler Rescue in memory of a dog that has touched your life, we would be pleased to post a small writeup and picture of this dog.

Jada belonged to Caroline Davis. She was much loved and touched so many hearts. In her memory a donation has been made to WCRR. Fly Free Jada. Your humans miss you

Foster a Dog in Your Home

Without your help, we can’t do this.

Foster homes are the life blood of any dog rescue and West Coast Rottweiler Rescue desperately needs help in this area. Most times we can’t tell you how long it would be. Some dogs are only in care for a couple of months, some for much longer. Some dogs need medical care, some dogs need to learn to trust again. All of them need love.

I won’t lie. Fostering is one of the hardest things you will ever do. You are expected to bring a dog into your home, teach it manners, feed it, show it love and then when the time comes, you help it move into a new and forever home. Our hearts break every single time that we let a dog leave our care. But we do it because there are other dogs needing us.
